Personal data processing consent (required)
I, the personal data subject, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Self-employed Kulakov Kirill Dmitrievich (TIN 710406098539) (the "Operator"), to process my personal data on the following terms:

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use published at https://diarynchy.com.
Consent to processing special categories of personal data that the User may voluntarily include in diary entries
In some cases, the User may independently include in an entry information relating to health, intimate life, religious views, or other special categories of personal data provided for by Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The Service does not require such information and is not specifically designed to collect it.
Processing of special categories of personal data that the User voluntarily enters in the diary is carried out on the basis of separate data subject consent in accordance with Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
I, the personal data subject, give separate consent to the Operator to process special categories of personal data that I voluntarily enter in diary entries on the following terms:
- Data list: information about health, intimate life, religious or political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, and other information relating to special categories of personal data under Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ that I voluntarily place in diary entries.
- Purposes: providing Diarynchy service functionality (storing and displaying entries); with separate AI consent — automated entry analysis.
- Operations: collection, recording, storage, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction; transfer to processors in the Russian Federation — only to the extent necessary for processing purposes.
- Term: until consent withdrawal, account deletion, or achievement of processing purposes.
- Withdrawal: k.kulakov@diarynchy.com or deletion of relevant entries / account.
- The User is informed that before an entry is saved and/or before a fragment is sent to intelligent analysis systems, the text may undergo automated Guardrail review. Such review constitutes automated processing of personal data and is performed solely to ensure Service security, minimize the volume of data processed, detect clearly dangerous information, mask direct identifiers, and limit data transfer to AI systems.
- This consent to the processing of special categories of personal data does not constitute consent to AI analysis. Fragments of entries are sent to intelligent analysis systems only with separate consent to automated processing using AI.
Consent to automated processing using AI (optional)
This consent is not required for registration or for using the Service as an electronic diary without intelligent analysis features.
When checking a separate box, I consent to automated processing of my personal data using artificial intelligence technologies to analyze diary entries, generate analytical materials, and provide Service features.
Analysis is performed in the Russian Federation using Yandex AI Studio (Yandex.Cloud LLC) and/or the Operator's infrastructure. Personal data is not transferred to foreign parties.
Only the minimum necessary text fragment is transferred for analysis, without account identifiers.
The Service does not use my personal data to train its own artificial intelligence models.
Analysis is performed automatically without making legally significant decisions regarding me.
I may withdraw this consent and disable AI features in app settings. Upon withdrawal, intelligent analysis features are unavailable; keeping a diary without AI remains possible.
Details are in the AI Policy.
How consent and acceptance are given
When registering in app.diarynchy.com, the user confirms their e-mail with a one-time code, then accepts the Electronic Interaction and Simple Electronic Signature Agreement, accepts the Terms of Use, and gives personal data processing consent. Before access to free-form diary entry, the user signs separate consent to processing special categories of personal data. Consent to automated processing using AI is a separate optional checkbox.
Registration is not available without required consents and acknowledgments checked.
Consent to the processing of special categories of personal data is obtained before the User begins using free-form diary entry, because the User independently determines entry content and may voluntarily include information relating to special categories of personal data.
Checking a box after e-mail confirmation constitutes a simple electronic signature under the Electronic Interaction and Simple Electronic Signature Agreement. For each consent or acceptance, the following are recorded: user identifier, consent type, document version (2026-07-10-legal-v4), date and time (UTC), IP address, user-agent, interface language, consent text hash (SHA-256), e-mail verification date.
