Terms of use
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Diarynchy service (the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). The Service is provided by Самозанятый Кулаков Кирилл Дмитриевич (the "Provider"). Payment for paid access is governed by the public offer. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
2. Description of the Service
Diarynchy is an online diary with artificial intelligence features that helps users keep entries, analyze emotions, and track their emotional state.
Important: The Service is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical care. If you are experiencing serious emotional difficulties, please consult a qualified specialist.
3. Registration and account
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate information when registering;
- keep your account information up to date;
- maintain the confidentiality of your password;
- notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Rules of use
When using the Service, you must not:
- violate applicable law;
- publish illegal, offensive, or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service systems;
- use automated means to access the Service;
- share access to your account with third parties.
5. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service, including design, logos, text, and software code, belong to the Provider or its licensors.
The content of your diary entries remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Beta testing
The Service operates in test mode during the beta testing period. Features may be unstable, change, or become temporarily unavailable without prior notice. By using the Service during this period, you understand and accept these limitations.
The procedure for processing personal data is described in the personal data processing policy.
We value feedback and use it to improve the Service.
7. Data during beta testing
During beta testing, data in the database is not encrypted at rest. Please use the Service accordingly: do not include in entries or messages information whose disclosure would be unacceptable to you (passwords, bank details, highly sensitive personal or professional secrets, etc.).
Developers do not review all entries in sequence. Access to individual texts is possible in limited cases — in particular, for debugging and to improve model accuracy when necessary to investigate a specific text or scenario.
We plan to implement encryption of stored data so that entry content is available to you and to machine learning systems required to process texts within the Service, without arbitrary access by the team.
8. AI text processing
To analyze and process texts, the Service uses machine learning and large language models (LLMs), including from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM providers. Relevant text fragments may be transmitted to such providers to the extent necessary for Service features, under their policies and agreements.
AI output is auxiliary and may contain inaccuracies; do not rely on it as professional, medical, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted operation of the Service;
- absence of errors or inaccuracies;
- that the Service will meet your expectations.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages related to use of the Service.
10. Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through profile settings.
